AVSF will be in attendance at the fifth Convergences 2015 World Forum in Paris on September 20, 2012. Frédéric Apollin, Director General of AVSF, will participate in a round-table discussion entitled: ”How can food security be ensured at the local level?”
AVSF will also have a stand at the forum where members of the association will greet visitors and inform them about the different activities and projects that AVSF is carrying out in order to help reduce hunger in the world.

A global forum for stimulating thought

The Convergences 2015 World Forum brings together more than 3,000 professionals, providing them with an opportunity to work together to come up with solutions to the social and environmental problems that afflict countries in both the North and the South. The World Forum will bring together the principal actors in social business, the social and solidarity-based economy, microfinance, and international solidarity. http://www.convergences2015.org/fr/
