To help carry out its projects, AVSF employs more than 300 professionals in France and in the countries where it works. AVSF regularly recruits candidates from a variety of different backgrounds who possess a wide range of professional skills.
In France, AVSF has 28 staff members working in teams based in Lyon and Nogent-sur-Marne. They ensure the monitoring, funding, and communication of AVSF’s projects and see to it that the association is properly managed and administered.
Abroad, there are more than 250 local professionals and nearly 30 expatriate experts helping to carry out AVSF’s projects in 20 cooperation countries. The teams help organize, run, sustain, and manage rural development programs.
