Année : 2020

This guide, on AVSF’s approach to M&E, is part of a longstanding institutional commitment to place quality as a key concern of our cooperation programs. The quality of our actions as well as the ability to demonstrate the results and impact of the actions implemented with our partners have become fundamental criteria of choice and confidence for public and private financial partners, as well as for donors.

The first part of this guide presents the definitions and concepts that form the basis of an effective M&E system in development projects, as well as the fundamentals underlying M&E for AVSF, explaining its approach. The second part is intended to be a practical guide for the planning, implementation and actual conduct of monitoring and evaluation throughout the project cycle.

This guide replaces the M&E note of 2015.
